We’ve worked with a lot of major brands over the years to provide entertainment at their events. This could be something as simple as casino tables at a staff do or a large arcade package at an annual conference.

It can become quite varied and innovative when it comes to corporate events. It could be a Product Launch, Music Video or Television Shoot, a quirky pop-up Festival – there is little that surprises us anymore!

However, what we do know is that that our services are relied upon under a different set of circumstances than most Weddings and Parties that we provide for.

The venue might be bigger, the number of guests in attendance might be larger and the logistics for travel and setup might become that much more complicated. This is why we’ve highlighted some of our key principles for providing for Corporate Events below.

Our Key Principles for Managing Corporate Events

    The length of time we set aside for arrival and pack down might vary greatly with a Corporate Event.  This could include logistic issues such as City Centre Parking, access ramps and loading bays. We may have to sign in at reception/guard house and register our vehicles. We may also have to wear hi-vis jackets and steel toe capped footwear while on site. We will be prepared for such occurrences and will be sure to touch base with you in the weeks leading up to your event.

    Once we have gained access to the venue, we may have to negotiate long corridors, stairs, lifts and security-locked doors. We will have to be prepared with our ability to transport, lift and manipulate our equipment past these obstacles. Again, ensuring we are prepared with both trained staff and suitable equipment on-hand.

    Oft times we may have had to arrive several hours before the equipment is even in use to make way for other suppliers or to have the equipment in situ prior to the rest of the evening’s festivities (A meal, Awards, Speeches etc.).

    Then it’s time to reverse all the above during our de-rig! Preparation and experience are key. When we quote you for our services at your corporate event these are all the things we must consider!

    Several of our products will come staffed as standard – a Magic Mirror, Photo Booth or Casino Table for example.

    Not every piece of equipment we provide requires a team member to be present, but we are able to provide additional staffing should you need it!

    At particularly large-scale events with heavy footfall, we may suggest the addition of staffing for otherwise unmanned equipment. Just to ensure everything runs smoothly!

    When on site we take pride in being professional and adhering to the rules of the company and/or venue. Our job is to provide our equipment in a safe and timely manner and to do so with as minimal fuss as possible.

    We will not promote our involvement in the event without permission from the client nor circulate media posts without the expressed say so. We’ll happily sign an NDA if necessary.

    Ultimately, we’d like to be invited back to provide for your company again!

    Although we are always thorough with our approach to safety and care at our venues it is important we’re extra vigilant when it comes to corporate events.

    With large Corporate Events, particularly those with such high traffic and at such large a scale, there’s an even greater cause for concern. So, it is important we make allowances for additional space and safety. As well as ensuring trailing cables are covered, electronic equipment is surge protected, and appropriate barriers and matting are in place.

    However, for your peace of mind, we do have Public Liability Insurance, and our Equipment is annually PAT tested and is Risk Assessed.

    Corporate Entertainment Hire, what does the service entail?

     

    We provide a range of fun equipment for events across for North West and our time is generally split quite evenly between Weddings, Parties and Corporate Events.

    At Weddings and Parties, we can often arrive an hour before the hire begins, having headed towards the venue an hour prior to that. However, this is often not the case with a corporate event.

    So we specialise in tailoring our Corporate Entertainment Hire towards your specific needs. Decisions about the equipment, the event length and location might all require bespoke attention – and we’re happy to discuss this with you at length!

    Our Coverage Area

    Please see our coverage area guide below, this is not specifically tailored towards corporate events but may provide an idea of additional costs should we travel further afield.

    Our standard pricing covers an hour’s travel or around 40 miles – with consideration for motorway access and congested areas.

    Beyond this area there are additional costs to cover travel expenses. The further we travel the longer it takes to get back! Please see a guide below to give you an understanding of the additional costs likely to be associated with delivering your event.
